Pi 3b+ Video Calibration

have set and reset the video calibration way too many times. calibrate through settings everything looks correct. then open a video link and now the screen is way too big (overscan). even if i go into the video settings and calibrate there the calibration is the same from system settings. yet go back to playing video and it’s oversanned.

Please advise your attached display model, method of connection, and other connected hardware. Video calibration should never be used unless no other options are available, as Kodi will sacrifice video quality with it’s less than stellar scaler. You should preferably be using the correct aspect/zoom setting on the display to mitigate overscan.
