Yes, “Wait for Network” is activated.
Than I don’t have a clue.
Damn, nobody got any ideas?
after a round of experiments i eventually managed to get it working by stopping and restarting Kodi with
sudo systemctl stop mediacenter
sudo systemctl start mediacenter.
When the media Center started, he could connect to the mysql server no problem, so it seems the network connection is starting too slow even though i have “wait for network” activated.
Since i don’t want to use SSH to restart the mediacenter every time i start the Pi, how can i force the Pi to delay loading the mediacenter?
I managed to fix it by changing my wlan adapter - can’t recommend “fritzbox wlan adapter” for Pi 2.
