You should try use that app “Open VPN Connect”. Maybe the app you are using has issues.

I just tried to get this PiVPN intalled myself, I ran the code for the lsb-release and then followed the instructions on the PiVPN website itself but once the blue screen where the packages are being installed reaches 100% I end up at the command line, it doesnt take me through the configuration.
Help?
