I have only had mine for a day or so, but every time it ‘goes to sleep’ and the bright red light on the front comes on , I find it will not wake up with any button press, and the only solution is to pull the power cable out, and out it back in. Its fine after that.
As a work rounf I have disabled it suspending, but is this normal ?
In the power settings there is an option to choose between shutdown and suspend. If it is set to suspend then you should be able to wake it back up by pressing any button on any remote. If it is set to shutdown, or you choose to shutdown from the power menu, then the only way to reboot is to physically unplug and replug the unit back in.
