Pt_eac3 / eac3 problem. Newbie

Hi

Another newbie user here.

Most of the time, my 4k is brilliant. However, whenever I try to play a video file with pt_eac3 or eac3 audio, i get nothing. Perfect video, but no sound.

Any advice gratefully received.

A log would be useful as it will show how your audio settings are configured.

Can you also let us know your AV setup?
