Is there any reason not to use the OSMC install I have in my pi1 (on a micro sd card already, working via adaptor) in my pi2? Or should I do a fresh OSMC install for my pi2.
Do a fresh. The builds use two different kernels. You can backup your Kodi setup with the MyOSMC backup module and then import that into your new install.
Thanks for the info, I really wanted to do this to keep my Flexget/transmission setup. I’m having a bit of trouble setting it up properly on the new pi.
