Apologies for coming back again on this topic, but I have yet to receive the replacement dongle.

A replacement would have been issued on the dongles return.

Ping sales@osmc.tv again and I’ll look in to it

My remote died today. I did all of the above steps and it blinked just as described but did not start working again after being turned on again.
What is my next step?

Start a support request with some logs and order details.
