Remote stopped working - unable to re-pair

While fast forwarding a video, my Vero V crashed and lost network connectivity. However, on restarting, the remote no longer works.

Batteries in the remote are recent and the blue light works when buttons are pressed. Tried re-pairing the remote (home+ok), but no luck. Tried also with an old Vero 4K remote, had the same results.

I suspect this is the usb dongle issue that others have also experienced.

I am able to use the Kore app as a remote.

An older OSMC remote will not pair with the dongle that is internal to a Vero V. You would need to plug the dongle from your 4K into the Vero V in order to have that work. If you have the issue you think you do then that should work when plugged into the black USB port but not the blue USB port.

Awesome. Thanks a bunch. The old remote works with the black USB port. I had used the blue one.

Now I guess I wait for a response on how to fix my internal dongle.
