Hi,
I’m using a Raspberry Pi 2 as a PPTP VPN server with no-ip to be able to connect to it outside of my home network. Everything works fine, I have a good internet connection etc.
My question is: I want to buy another RPi2 and install it in another house with a different network. I want to connect that new RPi2 to the vpn server and access my external HDD to watch movies/series/etc. How can I do that?
Thanks.

@sam_nazarko, will be a way to do this via GUI? Just like Windows, Linux, etc?
There are plans to eventually have a VPN client GUI but it won’t be happening in the near future. (Work hasn’t started on it yet)
There is nothing to stop you installing and manually configuring the standard OpenVPN debian package however. If you are looking for tutorials on the 'net for setting up OpenVPN keep in mind that OSMC uses connman for the network configuration (not NetworkManager, as a lot of Linux distributions do) and uses systemd for the init system.

I have installed a PPTP VPN Server on my Raspberry Pi 2. I know the OpenVPN its more secure, but this works for me. My only question is: how do I connect another RPi2 as a client to that server. I only find tutorials for server not client.
Don’t know off the top of my head sorry, it’s something you’ll need to research. But it will be possible.
Hello velho10,
could you advise me in wich way did you install VPN PPTP Server on OSMC? Have you a guide or link?
Thanks
