I’ve been happily using OSMC for a few months, but the latest update appears to have killed by OSMC install on RPi2.
On a boot I just get the Blue Sad Face, which then flicks to a black screen and back to sad face.
I’ve attempted various commands as suggested to repeat the update i.e
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get autoclean
sudo apt-get autoremove
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
As well as renaming the kodi directory to kodi.bak
All without any success.
If I stop Kodi i.e
sudo systemctl stop mediacenter
The sad face disappears and leaves a black screen, but when I restart Kodi, it just returns to the sad face.
I’ve downloaded the logs, but I don’t have the knowledge to decode.

The only errors I can spot are
Hmm. There is a symbolic link /lib/modules/4.4.27-4-osmc/build
However, I can not read it: No such file or directory
Which appear around on the day of the update, but I received similar messages on previous updates.
Any help would be much appreciated, as I don’t really want to rebuild if I can avoid it.
