I just recieved my new Vero 4K and I just connected it to my TV. When I plugged in the powercable the device began to boot but very fast I got a sad smiley. And it stays that way.
Tried to reinstall the os so I copied the Vero 4k image to USB disc en plugged in the power wioth the USB also plugged in. Still the same smiley.
Really dont know what to do next. Any help appriciated.
Did you see the installer come up? You may not have actually reinstalled OSMC.
You need to extract the image not just copy it. This is done automatically if you use the OSMC installer.
