hi guys sorry if this has already been covered I upgraded to the newest version then found I could not play my videos from my hdd which is connected to my pi I found a post which gave 3 commands to get this working again which it did but my sd card broke and now I’m in the same boat again new version samba videos wont work from my hdd can anyone guide me to this post thanks I have been looking for ages this is last resort
Since you refuse to provide any clear description of exactly what you have done, or any logs demonstrating the issue, there is really no way we can assist you here.

No bother to me unless you consider time wasted by folks who are here to assist. As long as you are aware that this post is also wasted breath on your part until you can provide some relevant info. I’m sure you can understand how frustrating it might be.

When you can, upload some logs and I am sure we can work out what’s going on. Make sure you have debug logging enabled.
Nothing obvious springs to mind from your description.
