SaveStates not included in OSMC backup file

Vero4K running November 2020 update:

The backup utility does not appear to include libretro savestate files for games. These are stored in the .kodi/userdata/Savestates/ path. Is this the right place to petition for a Savestates option in the backup settings?

This should be solved with the release of Kodi v19:

While the improvement is already available, the staging repository is now in a state of flux (in prep for v19); so we don’t recommend updating to it.
