So, I’m attempting to access Transmission (Port 9091) and OSMC (Port 80) (I haven’t changed any defaults, so please correct me if I’m wrong.) I ran the attached network scan, and have tried to do IPhere:port, but I get “connection refused” via stock Chrome. Please help!
Update #1: Transmission randomly started working, and is fully functional. Kodi access let me login, and has the Kodi logo, but just has “file not found” once I login.
Update #2: Kodi no longer letting me connect at all.
I guess you have a problem with your DHCP Server (assuming that all devices including your PI get their IP via DHCP) especially as you wrote in your other thread that the IP is different.
I suggest you give us some more information about your LAN setup and which IP address you are talking about.
