Scrape single episodes of airing shows

Sorry if this is already answered somewhere, I wasn’t able to form a successful search query for it.

Basically, I have a Transmission daemon running that occasionally drops new episodes in a specific folder for me, but since they’re single episodes that I delete after watching, OSMC doesn’t seem to be able to make sense of what they are. I’m wondering if there’s any kind of solution to this so that I can scrape just for that episode of that show.

I’d personally use sickrage to download the tv shows for me, that way it would automagically download them, rename them and update library.

If that isn’t an option try the watchdog add-on. You can set that to scan a specific folder and configure it to update library when new files identified.
