Screen Calibrations settings are not saved

The screen calibration settings are not saved and must be recalibrate after each reboot. This problem is new to a 2 year old system.

System Configuration:

osmc@osmc:~$ grep Kodi .kodi/temp/kodi.log | head -3
21:47:01.995 T:1918073280 NOTICE: Starting Kodi (18.0-ALPHA3). Platform: Linux ARM (Thumb) 32-bit
21:47:01.995 T:1918073280 NOTICE: Using Release Kodi x32 build (version for Raspberry Pi)
21:47:01.995 T:1918073280 NOTICE: Kodi compiled Jul 2 2018 by GCC 6.3.0 for Linux ARM (Thumb) 32-bit version 4.9.30 (264478)
osmc@osmc:~$ grep VERSION_ID /etc/os-release
VERSION_ID=“2018.06-1”
osmc@osmc:~$

The system was upgraded and was running Netflix successfully until an update borked things up. That being said, what command line tests can be performed to determine the root cause of why screen calibration settings are not saved?

Try selecting Exit instead of Reboot and see if it persist after Kodi exits.
