Hi community,

I’ve install my OSMC on my TV, and my screen resolution is too right : http://img15.hostingpics.net/pics/455325IMG20160208090326.jpg

Do you know if the problem is my setting ?

Thank you ! : )

To get a better understanding of the problem you are experiencing we need more information from you. Please see How to submit a useful support request - General - OSMC for advice on how to help us.

Set your TV to 1:1, Just Scan or PC mode.

This can be fixed easily by going through the video calibration:

Setting > System > Video Output > Video Calibration

Video Calibration should be the last resort as it will blurr the image.

This should be your very last resort as Kodi scaling performed in this way includes a greater loss of video quality than if resolved by the TV and changing the scaling in hardware.

Hi every body,

My RPi is connect by HDMI on my TV (Toshiba 80", 1920x1080). I’m with OSMC last version and on my setting TV’s, i don’t have 1:1 on my definition.

For video calibration, nNothing optimal :frowning:

Simply go through the aspect ratio modes your tv provides and see if there is one that fits.

Please do this, and post a picture showing all of the screen.

How exactly would that help?

Edit: You could see if there are any custom overcan settings in config.txt. Hope that is not the case

So we can see if it’s a general overscan issue with the whole screen or if it really is shifted right.
