Select music leads to OSMC sad face

When I first installed OSMC (a few updates ago), I set an iTunes folder on my NAS as the source for music.

I hadnt used OSMC for a few weeks until yesterday when I attempted to access the music but all I got on screen was an OSMC-style sad face. Im running a Raspberry Pi with an ethernet connection which I know works as I have all my movies on the same NAS.

Any ideas??

Apologies, full spec is as below:
IS there a log file I can post which would be of use??

Device: Rasp Pi B
Installation media: SDcard
Connection: Wired
Power Supply Type: 5V 2A
Power specs: Used for many years on other models, never a problem.
Peripherals: none
Storage: SD card but connected to a NAS on a Windows Network (tested as OK as used for movies and other files)

No… More beneficial is the debug enabled kodi.old.log obtained after the sad face has been triggered.
