Set Overclock too high

I stupidly set my overclock too high and now Pi won’t even boot. Tried editing the config file directly from SD but this is read only

Any way I can fix this?

With which OS are you trying to access the SD card?

Hi thanks for the reply. I just put the SD card into my Rpi3 and lowered the settings then transferred it back to my Pi2. Sorry for making a thread…
