Shipping time to the UK

I still have the old 4k+ and want to bite the bullet to buy 2 new ones, but I’m wondering what the shipping time is to the UK. I travel there for work sometimes and might be able to have it shipped to a colleague, but would need to know the estimate of shipping. Is it days or weeks?

We ship from the UK

If you ordered tomorrow (Wednesday) you will receive it by Friday usually.

To answer myself, I cannot use 2 discount codes in a single order for 2 new Vero’s.
Just ordered 2 new ones as 2 separate orders.

3-5 days once we ship. I took a couple of days off and also used this opportunity to improve our shipping system. This should be out with tracking before the end of the week.

Placed an order for the Vero V on Sunday (18/10/25) for UK delivery. Order remains in a ‘processing’ state?

Wondered if there was an issue with the order as it hasn’t progressed at all? Have opened a ticket :+1:

Early next week at the latest. Sorry about these delays. Would’ve had it all out today if it hadn’t been for the forum issue but I had to stop and get that under control, particularly as the spammers were posting potentially malicious links.
