A few months ago confluence disappeared. It was no longer available as an option and some unfinished demo-looking skin with small text had taken its place. I got it back somehow but then today I got home from vacation and the demo skin is back.
How can I block whatever is changing my skin? Is it possibly a virus? Can OSMC get malware?
Well first step is search and read the forum. There is a known bug that makes skin settings being lost when rebooting.
Please read that threads and provide debug logs if you want to help to fix the issue.
Well a skin is a user’s preference but assuming you are talking about the OSMC skin your comments are basically offending.
Yes, OSMC like any other OSMC in the world can be infected by malware therefore follow the security steps in the FAQ and also don’t install unsupported 3rd party addons
