I have a weird issue on a new Verok4k+ where the skip steps are being ignored that in the player settings and i can only skip forward or back in 10min intervals . I have tried adjusting skip delay times to no avail. Running latest may update . On my other Vereo4k+ running may update i have no issues. I have tried with yatse and the remote both have the same behaviour …
Any ideas where to look ?

I would look in guisettings.xml to see if your settings are sticking.
@CaptainCranky: as @grahamh suggests, when you change the steps, if you reboot the device, are the steps as expected?
Are both Veros on the same version of OSMC?

Sounds like he’s using up and down instead of right and left.
What does this mean? Up and down is expected to provide large skip steps ie: 10 min.
And that is exactly what @CaptainCranky as the behaviour he sees.
So as @BanditRider correctly highlighted User may use the wrong keys
Yeah user error …I swear it did not work this way before …maybe i should give up drinking
