[SOLVED] OSMC crashes when AriParrot tries to connect

Hi there,

I want to stream my Windows desktop with AirParrot 2 (Trail Version) to my Raspberry Pi 2 with OSMC (Version August 2015).

I find the Pi with AirParrot, but when I try to connect, the sad face appears on the PIs screen.

The log file lists many Notifications and these warning/errors:

ERROR: DBus: Error org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown - The name org.freedesktop.UPower was not provided by any .service files
WARNING: JSONRPC: Could not parse type "PVR.Details.Channel"
WARNING: JSONRPC: Could not parse type "PVR.Details.ChannelGroup.Extended"
WARNING: JSONRPC: Could not parse type "GUI.Property.Value"
WARNING: JSONRPC: Could not parse type "Setting.Details.SettingList"

Does someone know what these errors mean and how I could fix the problem?

Thanks

Kodi does not support Airplay mirroring, so attempting to mirror your Windows desktop through Airparrot will not work.

It shouldn’t cause a crash however…

The errors you’ve picked out of the log are completely unrelated by the way - when providing logs please always provide the full log, not the bit you think might be interesting.
