Does anyone know how to set up a static ip on raspberry pi?
Resources file is blank in OSMC.

You should be able to do this in the networking module in My OSMC
Just switch from dhcp connection to manual and specify the connection details you want
I’ve done exactly this (configure via GUI through My OSMC) and it works as expected.

Hallo it would be great knowing which files need to be edited to configure static IP from shell… I’m used to configure the system from SSH
