I bought a enclosure but OSMC can’t recognize it. Windows 7 and Ubuntu 14.04.2 has no issue recognizing the external enclosure. The issue you’ve linked to was fixed two years ago in the linux kernel, so will be present in osmc.
It is in the default raspbian kernel tree (and so will be in osmc):
