Syncing userdata folder between to Pi's?

I’ve set up a mysql server with the database for each profile on and have all media stored on a NAS

I have read the article here http://kodi.wiki/view/MySQL/Sync_other_parts_of_Kodi about syncing certain aspects.

My question is: can the entire user data folder be synced or put on the nas and symlinked?

I think you need to ask the Kodi guys. They probably would have included this in that wiki post if it were possible. I suspect there will be issues since at the very least, MyOSMC addon data, particularly network configurations, would be contained there. This would be a problem.

Yes I think you might be right. For now it will have to be setting each pi up individually.
