I last used my Pi in May, then moved house and didn’t use it again until a couple of weeks ago.
It worked fine, then I went out and came back to find OSMC had updated and now my Pi won’t connect to the internet unless I use a wired connection.
My friend who also has a Pi and the same wifi dongle is having the exact same issues.
Is this dongle supported?

I do not know what chipset or hardware ID that dongle has. If you upload dmesg output, I can probably take a look.
When you say it ‘won’t connected’. Do you see Wireless networks in My OSMC? Is it detecting the dongle at all?
Try updating to the August update (which was released today), with a Wired connection and then after that try reconfiguring your Wireless connection
