I just had a thought, I could put one of my power monitor plugs on the circuit running the TV, AVR, etc. and that way if it does turn on I should note a small spike in usage.
I gather from your post that you are still monitoring the situation. Have you actually observed any further problems since making those changes?
Not that I’m aware of, but then that’s because it is rare I’m up at the time of the morning it occurs and before the TV auto turn off triggers.
