Hello, I am very new to this Vero 4k+ I recently got it and I struggle to get Tvheadend working propertly. When play on some tv channels with (25hz) it starts go slowly and not smooth at all. But when I play movie files it working normal (25hz). I have used my Raspberry Pi 3 and Tvheadend without any problems. Same setup same TV. Adjust Display Refresh Rate set to always. Why is it not working now with Vero 4k+? When I go to Setup I can not see 25hz under Refresh rate with Vero 4k+.

Depending on the used skin you have to set the settings-level to standard or higher, in summary:

enable debug logging at settings->system->logging

reboot the OSMC device

reproduce the issue

upload the log set either using the
Log Uploadermethod within the My OSMC menu in the GUI or thesshmethod invoking commandgrab-logs -A -
