can i watch UDP streams on RPi2?
Should be able to. UDP is just a protocol on the Transport layer. The stream will be sent via an Application layer protocol (RTMP) for exaple.

that’s odd.
i created a file with strm extension, the i have a line with something like udp://XX.XX.XX.XX:1234 and when i try to open it within Kodi - it tells me it can’t.
Is the target internal or external?
