Unable to access osmc.local after Sept upgrade - Raspberry Pi

I’ve got OSMC running headless on a Pi 3. I did an upgrade to the Sept 22 version from the command line and it appears to have gone OK and now running Debian Bullseye:

However, I am now unable to access https://osmc.local from any device on my network. It works OK if I use the local IP address. Is there some setting I need to restore?

That would rely on Avahi (mDNS) which can be flakey.

Are you accessing from the same network infrastructure, i.e. WiFi → WiFi or Wired to Wired? Some networks will stop mDNS resolution from Wired → WiFi as a security mechanism.
