I have problem with rpi and im unable to update it. Tried also to make a fresh install but still no success.
It also drops me from Twitch Tv streams after 20seconds and I’m unable to watch anything. It was also working properly before recent updates
Please advise.
What are the problems you have exactly? I definitely suggest you drop your the heavy overclocking you have configured that can be the source of many issues.
I can not see any try in your log files where you entered the MyOSMC for updates or any apt-get try from command line.

Main problem here is I cannot update osmc via GUI,

Now i will change over clock setting back to normal and try to update via apt-get…
Ok, also enable debug logging so we have better chance to see whats wrong

After correcting locales - Twitch is working properly. It might be also after changing display refreshrate to 60hz
