Looks familiar, I’ve seen the same (loong ago - can’t remember if it was with OE, LE or OSMC) but as I remember it was something with overscan/overscan scaling in config.txt

We fixed this some time ago (for resolutions like 1360x768).
Can you tell me what resolution you are running your Pi on?
