I’ve recently done a fresh install of OSMC on a Raspberry Pi4. I’ve replicated pretty much everything I had running previously on a Pi3 except the UPNP server which doesn’t seem to be running. Hence I can’t use it to serve files to a smart TV like I could previously. I don’t see any settings to control this in MyOSMC (or am I missing something). Is it possible to start from the command line?
You don’t enable it via MyOSMC, this is a Kodi setting so you set this up from the Kodi settings itself, i think under services.
