Vero 2, two remotes have stopped working?

I have two Vero 2 boxes, and today both the remotes have stopped working on both the boxes. Tried restarting, taking out the Bluetooth adapter but nothing. Can access via Yatse remote on phone.

I’m sorry to hear that both remotes have stopped working. This is quite unusual.

How long have you had them for?
Does the blue receiver on the remote light up when you press a button?
Have you tried changing the battery?
Which USB port do you have them plugged in to? Is there anything else plugged in to the Vero 2?
