Hi folks I’ve been about 2 days that my original vero4k remote control no longer works. I have of course changed the battery to test but unfortunately the remote no longer works. I can only use the vero with a usb mouse. Really needed your help thank you
Have you tried re-pairing?
These are not debug logs, so if re-pairing won’t help please provide proper debugging logs.
Please try re-pairing the remote as @ooZee has suggested.
If that doesn’t work, then some logs will help us identify the issue.
Can you confirm if your remote control has volume buttons or not?

If you don’t use the remote for a period of time, it’s necessary to re-pair it.
