Vero 4k SSH doesn't work

I have a brand new Vero 4k+ that I can’t fix.

I can’t SSH in - I know how to use SSH and have it set up on my older pi Kodi box.

I can’t use MyOSMC app store to install the SSH service, it doesn’t do anything.

The services button in MyOSMC doesn’t open.

Pressing escape doesn’t launch the terminal at boot.

Factory reset does absolutely nothing.

What are my options for getting into the terminal so I can reinstall the services manually?

You mean pressing ESC after you have chosen EXIT from the power menu doesn’t bring up the terminal?

Ah that works, I read you had to press it on the splash screen in another thread. Thanks! Will post more if I can’t resolve the SSH install
