Vero V order incomplete?

I recently purchased a Vero V. The box arrived with the security seal intact, but no remote in the box. I tried emailing support, but got no response.

Does anyone know if they’ve changed whether the remote is included? Is my order incomplete?

Hi, this is not normal and should not happen at all. Give @sam_nazarko some time to react on this today.

Addition: Mentioning the order no. can always speed up things.

Received mine on Friday; only a small remote but was well packed inside box.
