Vero V remote issue

Hi,
My Vero V remote suddenly stopped working. I replaced the batteries, I can see the blue LED blinking when pressing a button, but nothing happens. I have sent an email to support a few days ago but didn’t receive an answer.

I found several topics about issues with the internal receiver, I don’t know if this applies or not.
