Vero V remote no longer working after March update

My Vero V remote has stopped working immediately after the March update. It was running the October firmware at the time. The remote was working at the point where I selected ‘OK’ for the upgrades but is no longer responsive.

I did a reboot by unplugging power to restart, but still not responding.

I haven’t been home much so haven’t had the opportunity to do much else.

CEC would be related to your TV remote. I would suggest a separate forum post outlining your issue.

Oh I thought it was through the Forum, misunderstood.

For warranty, sales etc then email is the best as we will need to discuss personal details like shipping addresses etc.

General technical queries are always welcome here.

You returned it: Vero V return.
