My Vero V remote suddenly stopped working while navigating in Kodi. I replaced the batteries, I can see the blue LED blinking when pressing a button, but nothing happens. Checked both batteries and full charge. I have nothing in the USB ports, just HDMI, power and network cable for connected peripherals. TV remote can do basic move and select of items through CEC, but doesn’t support the context menu or long press which I use often.
I’ve also tried rebooting, taking out the batteries and pressing buttons on the remote to drain any residual charge, unplugged the Vero V overnight. Also tried re-paring the remote by pressing and holding the home and OK keys together until the remote blue LED turns solid. Nothing is obstructing the receiver on the Vero V. Any other procedure I need to try?
