Vero V remote unresponsive

Not used the Vero for 2 or 3 weeks, but tried today and remote was not working. Changed the battery but still no joy. Also tried pairing but didn’t work.

Had to plug in a usb mouse to try and operate but the only usb slot that works is where the storage is plugged in so can’t actually watch anything.

Doesn’t look like the receiver is being detected
