I was watching a 3D MKV file and almost at the end the picture froze for a few seconds, stuttered and then continued playing. I went back to just before the freezing and tried playing again, but this time the picture froze and did not resume.
After several minutes I unplugged the Vero V, waited a few and plugged it back in, but now my Vero V is unresponsive, when plugged in it goes straight to the ‘Movies’ section and displays the Random movies, regardless of whether a HD is connected or not. If I connect a HD to either USB port, I get the ‘mounted Storage Device’ message, it even automatically scans for and finds any new content, but it is totally unresponsive to my remote.
I found out why the playback faltered, the file was corrupt at that point, I re-ripped and replaced the offending file. As said, my Vero V found the new file as soon as the HD was reconnected, but it remains unresponsive to my remote.
I assume the remote has somehow become ‘un-paired’, if this is the case, how do I get them talking to each other again?
