Vero4K is stuck on red light, Works with other power module

Hi, for some reason my Vero4K doesnt work with the powersupply in my living room.
It works fine in another room with a different power supply?
What can be wrong?
Do I need to buy a new power supply? Where can I get one?

Your power supply probably died; I’m sure @sam_nazarko can fix this for you? :slight_smile:

Yes – I shipped it. It was very busy today, so I just shipped the unit without responding. Sorry about that.

I’d planned to update this thread when it had shipped, but didn’t get a chance to get back to it just yet.
