Video freezes and sends me back to Library?

Hi all,

Just wondering if anybody has any ideas why this might be happening. Basically I’ll be watching a video, and suddenly it’ll freeze, and after about a minute I’ll be back in my library view, where I have to start the video again.

This started happening approximately a week ago on CB2, and then I switched to OSMC hoping it would solve the problem. This leads me to believe it’s not a software issue, but some sort of hardware issue potentially?

I’ve posted what I think is the relative section from the log file below.

If anybody can shed any light on this, it would be much appreciated.

I’m not sure til I test, but I may have solved this already. Looks like my satellite box may have somehow stolen the static IP that I’d set on the ATV, so they were both fighting for the same address. From the log in my NAS:

kernel: arp: 192.168.1.29 moved from 00:15:c0:15:6f:67 to 00:17:f2:f9:73:5a on bge0

Will test over the next few days and report back if the problem reoccurs.

Cheers.
