Video issue after installing Dec updates

After installing the latest OSMC updates, my video is pulsating. i.e. video comes and goes at regular interval. I have tried rebooting and powering off/on.

Raspberry Pi 3 B+
Samsung UN49M530D 1080P Smart LED TV

Any suggestions on how to resolve?

I disconnected and reconnected TV power cable to fix this problem. Not related to my OSMC updates yesterday.
