An Unknown error has occurred

Its showing me live PVR/Live Tv

however no channel list is no where to be found,

When i’m disabling the addon its fine upon enabling it back again , OSMC stop responding the GUI ,
i can still SSH the Pi, however the OSMC itself it stuck on the screen upon enabling when rebooting the device its showing me the Error message

{Add-On couldn’t be loaded , An unknown error has occurred}
i’m pressing okay to continue and then

PVR/Live Tv Showing nothing no channel list whatsoever , after going to addon browser and PVR i can configure the PVR added my IP address and username and password , rebooted the OSMC and the error stays the same while no channel list and nothing is happening
