480p videos not correctly played

So I was wondering: is it possible to blacklist H263 files from being played with HW acceleration? This would allow me to use HW acceleration even with 720p files that are not h263.

It’s something that we could do. I’m surprised to see an H263 file.

It would be good to get a sample.

I’ve been running some tests. It seems ‘mpeg4’ is synonymous with h263, so just turn off HW acceleration for mpeg4.

We should be able to identify the codec and return false when opening AMCodec.
