We would need to see log files from you demonstrating your issue to even know if you were experiencing the same issue or not.
I solved it by putting the disk in my fstab, but it took me some time to realise that it was not automouning in /media as reported elsewhere on the forums.
I was just curious if this could have been the reason, which is why I asked if it has been resolved. (the last post from sam led me to expect updates in this thread, but there never were any)
Without logs showing why it is not mounting the problem can’t be resolved.
Auto mounting works fine on all the drives I have tested.
