Sam I think I’ve managed to do the same thing…whilst messing around writing an image to an sd card, (for another device) I think I’ve accidentally overwritten the eMMC.

Ive tried reinstalling the Vero image via an sd card, but it just sits on the red light.

Im happy to open it up and short pins etc, failing that send it to you to pay for repair if that’s even possible.

After trying the toothpick/reinstallation via sd card method, I’m getting:

Install failed: Please contact support. Hardware is faulty

Have I hosed it? :frowning:

Worst case scenario – you’ll need to send it back.
I’ve sent you some instructions.

Hi, Sam. Same case as Acadia trying to install Coreelec. SD Card and toothpick method :sweat:
